RBAF Young Officer Half Marathon

BERAKAS, Saturday 12 March 2011 – The Performance Optimisation Centre, Ministry of Defence has organised a half marathon run that is participated by the young officer of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). The run began from Berakas Camp to Muara Camp covering a distance of 21 km for the the male and 15 km for the female.

The aim of the event was to highlight the importance of adopting a fitness culture amongst the young officer in the RBAF, the tommorow’s leaders. Present as the guest of honour was the Commander of RBAF, Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan bin Pehin Orang Kaya Saiful Mulok Dato Seri Paduka Haji Abidin who also presented the prizes the to the winners for both male and female participants.
