Fitness Zone, the #1 health club in Brunei has always been very active in promoting a healthier lifestyle in Brunei. Besides promoting their main core business which is Fitness and Group Exercise, they are giving a full support into sports activities as well. According to Wu Chun, the founder of Fitness Zone health club, ” Sports and Fitness has always been one of my biggest passion. Being a sports fanatic since the age of 10 and having the experience of running a health club for 10 years, there are just countless of reasons why i want to share and promote all the benefits that you are going to get by living a more healthier lifestyle than yesterday!”
Wu Chun also shared that physical activity is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle. In combination with healthy eating, it can help prevent a range of chronic diseases, including heart disease, cancer, and stroke, which are the three leading causes of death. Physical activity helps control weight, builds lean muscle, reduces fat, promotes strong bone, muscle and joint development, and decreases the risk of obesity.
