Terraces and other resident developments are on the rise now. Yes, it might be a perfect time to invest or buy in property before it rises again. The latest one that I visited recently was called Terrazzo. It’s a property development run by Precise Development under the leadership of Jake Goh.

There are 19 units, consisting of modern terrace houses and a few have been sold. Location wise, it’s pretty good, located at Tanjong Bunut, just minutes away from Hua Ho Tanjong Bunut. As you know, this area has slowly become a prime area with many recent developments.
