Forever
I have to salute Daryl for the commanding job as a “brother”. Now I wonder where my Liverpool bag sack is? *lol*
Yay!! I was one of the brothers for Terence Tahir Han and Melati Yussof’s second reception. Thank you, guys, for the honour and it’s my second experience as a “Heng Tai” and it’s always a pleasure to be part of wedding celebration. So Terence and Mel, you guys rocked and it looked like well smooth wedding dinner. Their first wedding reception was back in December 2014.
I knew Melati way before Terence. She was still studying in Jerudong International School and my first impression when I saw her for the first time at Coffee Zone Gadong was “Woww, she has a resemblance of Janet Jackson”. *lol* And you still do 😀 It was only whenI became familiar with her cousins (Alai and Peah) that I knew more about Melati as a person. She’s like a friend that I could text randomly and she would always reply with a positive energy. What she’s good at is empowering people and she has been quite successful in applying that in the company she’s working with. By the way, your fascination of the “chips” story still leaves a lasting impression on me. Keep on rocking, Mel.
As for Terence, I didn’t really get to know of him until our first encounter in CV a few years ago. I remember he bought my auction item back then and he was always known as “Ken’s brother” because he only entered the “Brunei Market” a few years ago after his working days in Singapore and Hong Kong. My dream one day is to get a game of him in tennis and now would be the best time since he’s recovering from a shoulder injury. He has been a great addition to the team in our project. The only difference about us is that he fell in love with the Gunners. All the best to both of you and I’m grateful for being given this opportunity to be part of your wedding memories.

#trickyjotowed morning highlights. A big thank you to Richard To for the special invitation to be part of the “Brothers” aka Heng Tai for the morning session! More pictures of Richard To and Joanne Tan’s wedding tomorrow. I really had fun 😀
It has to start somewhere. The year that is. I feel that it’s still 2014. Even Jason Khoo shared that it’s difficult to remember to naturally write down 2015 as it might get some time to get used to. This will week be a full blast mode for me and I have to get myself in top gear and get ready for an exciting 2015. Let 2014 be a great memory to remember and simply focus on the present moment and live to our highest being.
Just came back from Terence Tahir Han and Melati Dato Paduka Yusoff’s wedding at Royal Berkshire, Royal Brunei Polo and Riding Club. Congratulations to both of you and I’m very happy on your new journey. We shall catch up indeed once you guys come back from your long vacation. Thank you for the invitation last night.
I’ve been catching up on Korean movies just in time for my review of my top 10 movies of 2014. I shall wait for Del Goh and we shall be doing another classic episode of our hits and misses for movies of 2014. For now, I can name a few bombers of 2014 and that includes The Legend of Hercules, Into the Storm, Transcendence and I, Frankenstein. There are other stinkers that I didn’t manage to catch such as Left Behind and Devil’s Due. Do stay tune to my updates for the full review of the year 2014 on The Popcorn Panel (soundcloud).
So what to look forward in January 2015?
• Consumer Fair 2015 at end of January. There will be tons of activities being lined up but sadly, no Brunei Cyber Games as it will be postponed.
• The Century Run happening this Sunday to commemorate the 100 years of education in Brunei Darussalam. Now that’s quite a milestone.
• WWE Pay-Per-View Royal Rumble 2015. I’ve slightly lost interest in WWE but let’s hope the 30-man Royal Rumble will spice things up.
• Who will win the Mercedes-Benz CLA 200 AMG from Jati Transport this month?
• Traveling? Yes, for sure. Firstly, to Labuan which will be my first ever trip to the city. Secondly Kota Kinabalu in mid January and lastly Singapore in late January.
• Dodgeball Tournament organised by Magic Lee Entertainment this weekend.
• The Australian Open. I do hope Federer can win just one more Grand Slam title.
• Taken 3 movie which is the only big movie for January release though I’m not expecting much.
Ok, my mind is blank for now *lol* Have a great week ahead, peeps!! Thank you for all these years of supporting and being part of my readership. It does take two to tango.
Congratulations Terence Tahir Han and Melati Dato Paduka Hj Yusoff
