The Baiduri Masters charity golf event kicked off today with a total of 85 golfers vying for top positions in the various categories.

Day one started with 2010 Baiduri Masters champion, Seruji Hj Setia, who led the pack with a gross score of 69.

Coming in with 7 points behind were Ali Rashid, Pg Hj Ahmad Zaki Al-Hakim Pg Hj Jambol, Hj Shaiful Rizal PD Dr Hj Ahmad and Pg Razali Pg Sabli with a gross score of 76 each.

Wan Man Hj Wan Hil came in sixth with his gross score of 77, while Pg Saiful Rizal PPN Pg Hj Omar came in seventh with his gross score of 78.

Close behind were Irfan Rahman (gross score 79), Idris Sirat (gross score 79) and Hj Hussin Hj Abd Rahman (gross score 80).

Concluding the top 12 gross players of Day 1 in the Baiduri Masters 2014 were Hj Mohd Roger Abdullah and Murni Hj Ahmad with a gross score of 82 each. Images and press release courtesy of Baiduri Bank.

Size does matter

We are accustomed to printers printing A4 size and smaller size ones. Maybe that’s easier to sell since not many will want to have something more than A3 size paper documents or pictures. Nowadays, it’s a slightly different story. You will see especially those in offices or even for presentations of floor plans and such, bigger and faster performance for A3 printers is a new trend.

Ever since Concepts Computer brought in Epson printer models, the business have been flourishing due to the capabilities of the Epson L series printers. Now Epson has taken a step further and launched two new A3 printers – the Epson L1300 ($598) and the L1800 ($758).

You want good quality architectural drawings or even making your posters, this is a cost effective approach and you will be surprised by the quality that these printers deliver. I’m particularly impressed with the L1800 Epson A3 printer. It is ideal for enthusiastic photographers.

So you just not paying for the money but you will know where that money is invested when you look at the result as well as the print quality.

Yasmine the movie is almost coming to local theaters and it’s slated for a 21st August 2014 release date as it was announced yesterday on the launch of the first official trailer. There was another short trailer (30 secs) which was the teaser trailer of Brunei’s first featured film. The latest trailer lasts 2 and a half minutes and I can’t wait for its official release.

Origin Films Sdn Bhd led by Siti Kamaluddin invited the local media for the sneak preview of the trailer at Times Cineplex. Last month, Origin Films teased the public with a four-minute clip of behind-the-scene actions from the set of Yasmine at Film Festival UBD 2014.

So guys do watch the official trailer of Yasmine the movie and all the best, guys!! Love the energy from guys of Origin Films and they all do bond like a family.
