Yesterday, an opening ceremony that was honourably held to mark the 1st instalment of Let’s Raya, at the International Convention Centre, Berakas starting from 8-10th June 2018. Let’s Raya! The opening ceremony blessed with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah and Doa Selamat. Moving on, the opening ceremony was led by the managing director of the Thevent.co Yang Mulia Awang Hambali Bin Pehin Dato Haji Mohd Salleh inviting the guest of honor, Pengiran Seti Aminah Binti Pengiran Othman d/a Yang Amat Mulia Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Wadood Bolkiah bin Pengiran Lela Cheteria Sahibun Najabah Pengiran Anak Haji Abdul Aziz to officially launch Let’s Raya 2018.

One of Brunei’s toughest obstacle challenges, the Alpha Obstacle Challenge is a sure way to kick off your new year with a great WIN this 31st December 2017. Organized by D’Sunlit Sdn Bhd, it is a sure way to prove yourself tougher or challenge yourself. Challengers of the race will conquer all the obstacles in their paths based on their categories, ranging from 4 obstacles in a 2 km fun run to an 8 obstacle run in the 5 km challenge.

Obstacles are not that common in Brunei but has been very popular in regional countries. So it’s great to see an event management company coming up with similar theme. The idea of the Alpha Obstacle Challenge is to highlight the importance of teamwork and communication. Through the challenge, participants will learn to be a team player during the obstacle check points and this can be an important skill to have which will also uplift the team spirit.

Participants will be enjoy attractive race-kit that not only consists of the t-shirt and medal but it will also include a headband, wristband and most of all, an Under Armour coupon. Last Sunday marked the Grand Lucky Draw Event of the ‘Wash ‘N Win’ Lucky Draw organized by Bahagia Distributors Sdn Bhd, where the grand draw was held at The Mall, Gadong. During the draw, the participants registered and participated in a fun activity to stand a chance to win the sought for prizes. Out of the 115 lucky shortlisted participants for this weekly draw, Mr. Ngieng Chew Yong successfully won the grand prize, a Volkswagen Vento, which was presented by Mdm Jarol, the Representative of Southern Lion Sdn Bhd, Malaysia.

With registration having started since the beginning of April, the “Wash ‘N Win” Lucky Draw, four weekly draws have been held throughout May to June, with the Grand Draw being held on the 18th of June 2017, Sunday. Each of these draw events have been be premiering several fabulous prizes to be won by the shortlisted participants.
All shortlisted candidates registered for this Lucky Draw event by simply purchasing any product from Biozip, Senang and Dobi at specific department stores and outlets.
