Tommy was born in London and began his career with Mercedes-Benz UK under the Mercedes-Benz Advanced Apprenticeship program. Once qualified he continued as a Technician at Mercedes-Benz Heathrow, culminating nine years Retail experience.
He was then relocated to Singapore with Daimler South East Asia Pte. Ltd. and thereafter Kuala Lumpur with Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., totaling four years as a “Flying Doctor” – providing Mercedes-Benz technical support to the South East Asian region. Tommy then assumed a leadership role within Mercedes-Benz, leading the newly formed Regional Technical Support team for a further four years. During this period in Asia, he was responsible for providing support to Jati Transport, amongst other markets.
Tommy was then reposted to Lisbon with Mercedes-Benz Portugal at the Network Assistance Centre as Technical Operations and Key Account Manager, which provides technical support for fifteen European countries, including the UK, France, Switzerland and Austria markets to name a few.
With nineteen years of direct Mercedes-Benz experience under his belt, Tommy will work closely with local Technicians and the Customer Service team to provide expert technical advice and outstanding customer service. In turn, his vast expertise will contribute to opportunities for talent development.
