49-year-old Junaidah binti Abdullah from RPN Kampong Mentiri is now the new owner of the brand new BMW 118i after she became the sole winner of the BRUNEI Shell Marketing Co Sdn Bhd (BSM) #belihelix promotion that had more than 20,000 entries. According to the interview, she sells delicacies from home and of all person, she didn’t expect to win a prize, let alone the grand prize.

During the games, she had assistance from her husband who signalled her to choose the right key. From six possible keys (to unlock the BMW), it went down to the wire as Junaidah and Izzah Hazwanah Harun squared off in the final phase. The first two guesses from both finalists brought no luck until the 3rd attempt by Junaidah settled the tension as she managed to start the BMW in front of the huge crowd at Times Square Shopping Centre.

Izzah settled for second prize which was fitting for her as she can go on a honeymoon as she won a Dubai tour package for two persons. Mohamad Daud bin Taha won himself a BND 2,500 cash card while the consolation winners Nur Musaddad bin Hadanan took home, a Samsung 55’’ Smart LED TV and Ling Wah Hwang won a 13.3″ Macbook Air.

Honey Carsmart Sdn Bhd held its 2nd Lucky Draw event yesterday morning at its main office, with a total of over 200 guests who attended the event. The company also has provided its own shuttle service convenience of the guests.

Light refreshments were served and souvenirs were distributed to all 140 eligible customers who bought their cars from the company between 19th May 2017 – 30th September 2017.

The company organized this annual event to show its sincere appreciation to their customers for their continuous support and loyalty over the years.

Times Square Shopping Centre completed its third prize presentation for its seventh lucky draw campaign yesterday on 13th August 2017 at Times Square Atrium. Lucky Draw coupon holders were reminded to be present at the Lucky Draw presentation, along with their Identity Cards (IC) as proof of identity and their Lucky Draw coupons. Representatives were allowed, but they must bring along their own ICs, as well as the photocopy IC of the winner along with the original coupon.

A total of 23 prizes were given away yesterday, comprising of electronic gadgets, furniture, cash vouchers, hotel vouchers and hampers. The first 10 prizes were presented by Miss Mally Hadini, the general secretary of Times Square followed by another 10 that were presented by Mr Lim Yee Liang, the Marketing Manager. The remaining 3 prizes were presented by the General Manager of Times Square, Mrs Amal Majidah.

It was efficient and smooth considering the estimated 1,800 short-listed coupon holders that showed up yesterday. Sentral Shopping Centre was filled with a huge crowd of hopeful winners. The prizes range from household appliances to meal voucher to even a huge indo mee hamper to a one night stay at Garden Sentral Hotel as well as semi-detach house as the grand prize.

The Guest of Honor for the Grand Lucky Draw was both the Vice President of Federation of Brunei Malay Entrepreneurs (PPPMB) Yang Mulia Dr Haji Jumat bin Haji Idris and, Yang Mulia Mr K Salim BA Karim (Salimo), President of the Indian Association Belait. A total of 15 prizes were given away yesterday including four prizes for quiz questions opened to the floor. The event commenced with a welcoming speech by their General Manager, Abby Lim. Mohammad bin Rosdin was declared the winner of the HONEY Carsmart grand lucky draw last Friday at their showroom. He won himself a Suzuki Alto. His profession is as the Bilal of Perdana Wangsa Hj Mohammad Mosque.
